What is Pullo?
Pullo is a platform for collectors. You buy a Digital Pack, open it to instantly reveal the real collectibles hidden inside, then keep them in your collection, ship them home, or sell them back to pull again.
What is a Digital Pack?
A Digital Pack is a pack of real, physical collectibles whose contents are revealed digitally. Before you buy, every pack shows its theme, rarity tiers, and transparent odds.
Which collections can I find on Pullo?
Pullo brings together the collectibles fans love — today that means Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, and football, plus sealed boxes and limited editions, with much more on the way. New packs are added regularly.
How do I open a pack?
After checkout, open your pack to reveal your pull right away. Your cards appear in your collection the moment you open — pure randomness and fair rewards.

Are the cards real and authentic?
Yes. Every pull is a real, physical collectible — including graded cards — kept safe until you decide what to do with it.
What is the Vault?
The Vault is Pullo's physical custody service. Your pulls stay safe there, organized in your Pullo dashboard, until you choose to ship them or sell them back.
What can I do with my cards?
Keep them in your collection, ship them home, or sell them back to Pullo in exchange for Pullo Credits to open new packs.
What is buyback, and what are Pullo Credits?
Buyback lets you sell eligible cards back to Pullo for Pullo Credits — platform credit you can use only on Pullo to keep collecting.
How do I know the odds of a pack?
Every pack transparently displays its rarity tiers and probability ranges before purchase, so you always know what you're playing for.
Shipping and delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Pullo ships to Italy, across Europe, and worldwide. Rates are shown at checkout, starting from €9 in Italy and €16 in Europe.
Is my shipment insured?
Insurance is optional and added at checkout — 1.5% of the order value in Italy and 3% in Europe. We strongly recommend it for high-value shipments. See the Shipping policy for full details.
What should I do when my package arrives?
Inspect the packaging before accepting and refuse any visibly damaged parcel. Always film the unboxing from start to finish — without an unboxing video we cannot process a claim. Report any issue within 48 hours at support@pullo.io.

Pullo is operated by Pullo SRL and is available in English and Italian.
